The Wonderworks front desk
Questions, answered.
Everything parents ask us before they order — about the letter, the delivery, the printing and your child's details.
What actually arrives?
Two things, always, and both are included in the North Pole Wonderworks Experience. First, the interactive North Pole Digital Delivery — a private link that opens Santa's letter and every keepsake one magical moment at a time, on a phone, tablet, laptop or the family television. Second, the print-ready PDFs: high-resolution, US Letter and A4, ready for your printer. Nothing ships, nothing gets lost in the post.
How is the letter written?
You spend about two minutes in the Secret Santa Interview telling us the things only you know — the bike ride with no training wheels, the little brother who was scared of thunder, the dinosaur comics. Our writing desk turns those moments into a letter in Santa's own voice, then you read it before you pay. If a line isn't right you can ask for warmer, funnier, more magical or shorter, and it is rewritten in seconds.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. The whole point of the Wonderworks is that you fall in love with the letter first. You read the real, finished letter for your child on screen, free, and you only pay when you want to keep it.
How fast do I get it?
Immediately. The moment payment clears, your private delivery page opens with the digital experience and every PDF ready to download. There is no queue, no proofing wait and no cut-off date — this works at 11pm on Christmas Eve.
Do I need an account?
Never. No signup, no password, nothing to remember next December. Your private links are shown on screen and emailed to you, and you can recover them any time with your order number and email address.
No printer. Is it still worth it?
Yes — that is exactly what the North Pole Digital Delivery is for. Open it on any screen and the letter is revealed in full, with the certificates and notes arriving after it. Many families cast it to the television on Christmas morning. If you'd still like paper, any print shop or library can print the PDF for a few coins.
Will it print nicely at home?
It's built for it. Every file is high-resolution with print-safe margins in both US Letter and A4, and it needs no borderless printing or special settings. Plain paper looks lovely; 120gsm or cardstock feels like a keepsake, and the letter reads beautifully in greyscale if colour ink is running low.
Can I do more than one child?
Yes. Add each child to the interview and each one gets their own individually written letter and their own documents — no copy-and-paste with the name swapped. Each child is $19.99, so a family of three is $59.97.
Is it safe to give you details about my child?
We ask for a first name, an age, an optional town and a few happy moments — that's all. No last names, no addresses, no schools, no photographs. Personalization details are deleted on a schedule after your order, and the child's link never shows prices, your email or anything about the order.
Something went wrong with my order.
Use Find my order with your order number and the email you used, and your delivery page opens again with everything on it. If a file will not open or a name came through misspelled, write to us and a human at the Wonderworks will fix it and re-send.
Still wondering?
Write to hello@northpolewonderworks.com and a real person answers — usually the same day, and always before Christmas Eve.
